Core features include a stainless steel insulated cover, a refrigerated pan rail operating from 33°F to 41°F, a 19-1/2" deep cutting board, and four secure drawers. The unit supports two 12" x 20" x 8" food pans (not included) and comes with nine 1/3-size clear polycarbonate pans for the top section. Its durable stainless steel construction—encompassing the front, sides, back, liner, and coved-corner floor—ensures hygiene and easy cleaning.

Equipped with a 1/4 HP compressor and R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, it maintains stable, food-safe temperatures. It runs on 115V/60/1-ph power at 3.9 amps and uses a NEMA 5-15P plug. This model meets UL EPH Classified, cULus, and CE certification standards and is proudly made in the USA.
