When will my order ship and arrive? 

Order processing times vary by brand. Orders may ship the same business day or within 1-2 days. Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. On average, delivery takes 4-7 days. If delivery times exceed this range, it will be noted on the product page.

What is your policy for canceling an order?

You can cancel an order for a full refund as long as it has not yet shipped. To cancel, please notify us immediately at support@precisionperformances. Once the order has shipped, it will be subject to our 30-Day Return Policy.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

Inspect the packaging thoroughly upon arrival. If you notice any damage, including damage to the box, make a note of it when signing for delivery. If you suspect damage but cannot open the package during delivery, write “suspect damage” on the receipt. If the item is damaged, email photos to  support@precisionperformances, and we will arrange a replacement or compensation.

What are the steps to place an order?

To order online, click “Add To Cart” for your chosen product and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping and payment details to complete the purchase. To order by phone, call us at (844)-513-6374, you’ll receive an instant order confirmation, and we’ll begin processing your order immediately.

How can I find out when my order will be shipped?

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your credit card authorization and shipping/billing details. We will email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order leaves the warehouse. If an item goes out of stock, we will notify you by email or phone within one business day. We make every effort to keep all products listed on our website in stock, but high demand can sometimes lead to quick sellouts.

Will I get an email confirmation for my order?

Yes, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide. We recommend saving or printing this email for your records. Please double-check your email address to ensure you receive your confirmation.

Is sales tax applied to my order?

As we are based in Texas, sales tax is only charged if the order is shipped to Texas. This can result in significant savings compared to other retailers.

Is it possible to modify my order?

Yes, you can make changes to your order at no additional cost by emailing us at support@precisionperformances. Any price differences will be either refunded to your card or will be invoiced separately. Changes can only be made before the order ships.

Refunds and Return Policy

At PrecisionPerformances, we want you to have a hassle-free shopping experience with us, so we've made our return and refund process clear and easy to understand: Timeframe for Returns: You can return items within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. Shipping Costs for Returns : If your item is defective or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. If you're returning an item just because you've changed your mind, you'll be responsible to handle the shipping costs yourself. Items that are Defective or Damaged: If your item is not functioning properly or is damaged, please notify us within 30 days. We’ll arrange for a return at no extra charge for you. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund, including the original shipping cost. Returns Due to Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want the item, you have 30 days to return it. You’ll need to cover the return shipping costs. Make sure the item is unused and still in its original packaging. After we receive and inspect the item , we’ll refund the cost of the item minus the shipping fees. Refund Policy: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you an email. We’ll process the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Keep in mind that banks or credit card companies may take a bit longer to reflect the refund. Shipping Policy

Order Cycle Time:

  • Your order will be processed within 1 to 2 business days. Please be aware that orders placed after 6 p.m. will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Information:

  • Typically, your order will arrive within 4 to 7 days (with free shipping on orders over $200). For orders under $200, there is a flat shipping fee of $15.
  • We only offer shipping within the United States at this time; international shipping is not available.
  • Most of our orders are shipped using third-party freight carriers (18-wheelers). If your order includes items shipped via freight, we’ll contact you to arrange a curbside delivery time. Please ensure you provide the correct phone number at checkout.

Order Payment and Confirmation:

  • After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. This email will confirm that we’ve received your order and that your credit card has been authorized for purchase.
  • We will only charge your card when the item ships, if the item is  backordered, we may hold a charge to secure the product for you.
  • Once your order is received, we’ll get it processed right away!
