Features

This prep table includes a stainless steel lid, a refrigerated pan rail that maintains 33°F to 41°F, and a 19-1/2" deep cutting board for prep space. Two lockable full doors and four PVC-coated adjustable wire shelves support secure, customizable storage. Nine 1/3 size clear polycarbonate pans are included for the top rail. Its stainless steel top, front, sides, back, liner, and coved-corner floor support hygiene and durability. A front-breathing configuration allows for flexible installation.
