True Mfg. - General Foodservice presents the TFP-72-30M-D-2_RH Sandwich/Salad Unit, a three-section model featuring rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration. This unit is designed with a stainless steel insulated cover and an 8" deep by 1/2" thick cutting board, providing a dedicated workspace for efficient food preparation.

The configuration includes (2) solid hinged doors and (2) drawers. Each drawer supports (1) 12" x 20" x 6"D pan and either (3) 1/9 size or a combination of (6) 1/6 size and (3) 1/9 size pans (pans not included). The unit comes equipped with (4) PVC-coated adjustable wire shelves and includes (30) 1/6 size clear polycarbonate insert pans for the top section.

Constructed for durability and hygiene, the unit features a stainless steel front, top, and sides, with an aluminum back and an aluminum interior paired with a stainless steel floor for easy cleaning. It sits on 2-1/2" castors, allowing for effortless mobility.

The refrigeration system is powered by a 1/3 HP motor, operates on 115v/60/1-ph power, draws 5.1 amps, and uses a NEMA 5-15P plug. This unit is cULus and UL EPH Classified, meeting stringent safety and sanitation standards. Made in the USA.

Only one issue so far, chain seems very loose. Rattles on the guard and sound is very annoying. It’s a good bike but the noise makes it sound otherwise.
