- The oversized 12” touchscreen monitor enables quick navigation through our highly user-friendly software.
- Pitches can be accessed through standard default selections, favorite pitches, favorite sequences, or by creating your own in manual mode.
Standard (Pre-Set/Default) Pitches
- For quick easy operation, eight standard pitches are readily accessible, including fastball, change-up, heater, split finger, curveball (right & left), and slider (right & left).
- Customize the speed and spin of any standard pitch to suit the needs of specific drills or the skill level of any hitter.
- Additionally, you can adjust the location of any pitch within the strike zone or an enlarged strike zone (for two-strike counts).
- Rely on pre-set pitches, or switch to manual mode to select any pitch, speed, and location, allowing for repetition or adjustments as needed.
Manual Mode
- In manual mode, the machine operates as a standard Hack Attack, giving you control over each motor to create your desired pitches.
- Save individual pitches or sequences to your favorites for quick access whenever needed.
- Instantly adjust the pitch location between pitches using the arrows on the screen.
Refine Your Favorite Pitches
- Once you’ve perfected a pitch that you’d like to access later, you can save it to your favorites from either the manual mode or standard pitches screens.
- You can store up to 20 pitches in your favorites file, allowing you to access a wide range of pitches in any order at any time.
- From the favorites screen, you can also modify the spin, speed, and location of each pitch and resave it as a favorite.
- Additionally, on the favorites screen there is ‘last pitch’ option that retrieves the last pitch you were throwing before the machine was powered down, enabling you to pick up right where you left off.
Favorite Sequences
- You can quickly save and access a sequence of pitches (up to 10) on your favorite sequences screen, allowing you to challenge any hitter’s mechanics or replicate a specific pitcher.
- Each sequence offers four run types: ‘auto’ plays the pitches in the order you saved them once, ‘repeat’ continuously pitches in that order, ‘random’ shuffles the list, and ‘manual’ lets you adjust the order as needed.
- Once inside a sequence you find that one pitch sequence that isn’t what you want, you can modify its speed, spin, and location, then re-save that individual pitch within the sequence.
Utilities and Settings
Order Cycle Time:
Your order will be processed within 1 to 2 business days. Please be aware that orders placed after 6 p.m. will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Information:
Typically, your order will arrive within 4 to 7 days (with free shipping on orders over $200). For orders under $200, there is a flat shipping fee of $15.
We only offer shipping within the United States at this time; international shipping is not available.
Most of our orders are shipped using third-party freight carriers (18-wheelers). If your order includes items shipped via freight, we’ll contact you to arrange a curbside delivery time. Please ensure you provide the correct phone number at checkout.
Order Payment and Confirmation:
After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. This email will confirm that we’ve received your order and that your credit card has been authorized for purchase.
We will only charge your card when the item ships, if the item is backordered, we may hold a charge to secure the product for you.
Once your order is received, we’ll get it processed right away!

At PrecisionPerformances, we want you to have a hassle-free shopping experience with us, so we've made our return and refund process clear and easy to understand:
Timeframe for Returns: You can return items within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot accept returns.
Shipping Costs for Returns : If your item is defective or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. If you're returning an item just because you've changed your mind, you'll be responsible to handle the shipping costs yourself.
Items that are Defective or Damaged: If your item is not functioning properly or is damaged, please notify us within 30 days. We’ll arrange for a return at no extra charge for you. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund, including the original shipping cost.
Returns Due to Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want the item, you have 30 days to return it. You’ll need to cover the return shipping costs. Make sure the item is unused and still in its original packaging. After we receive and inspect the item , we’ll refund the cost of the item minus the shipping fees.
Refund Policy: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you an email. We’ll process the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Keep in mind that banks or credit card companies may take a bit longer to reflect the refund.
