What is an Electromagnetic Field (EMF)?

An Electromagnetic Field (EMF) is a physical field generated by electrically charged objects and is one of nature’s fundamental forces. It consists of two components: an electric field created by stationary charges and a magnetic field generated by moving charges (currents). The strength of the magnetic field is measured in milligauss (mG).

Our saunas are specially engineered to minimize EMF exposure. Low EMF sauna models typically measure between 6mG-8mG at a distance of 6 to 8 inches from the heating panels, while our Ultra Low EMF models range from 3mG-5mG, offering a safe and relaxing environment for all users.
