This highly versatile leg machine allows you to perform two of the most effective leg exercises from a single, comfortable position. The machine features a fully adjustable 7-gauge steel cam that maximizes range of motion, along with a biomechanically correct seat angle for optimal muscle isolation.
For leg extensions, position your legs behind the oversized rollers, grip the handles, and lift to target your quadriceps (the leg hold-down will be stored during this exercise).
To switch to leg curls, simply pull the oversized pop pin, adjust the thigh restraint to your comfort, sit down, and wrap your legs over the 8" foam rollers. Then, press down to engage and strengthen your glutes and hamstrings.
