The AllStar #5 Pitching Mound is designed for league games with pitchers up to age 12. Unlike other mounds, AllStar Mounds maintain a smooth surface throughout the game, preventing holes or rough spots that could distract the pitcher. With a thin edge around the perimeter, this mound sits almost level with the field and remains stable during the pitcher’s motion. In just minutes, you can easily convert your softball fields into baseball fields with AllStar Mounds. Plus, no maintenance is needed from park staff during tournaments.

The Allstar #5 Mound is 82” wide x 109” long x 6” high where the pitcher stands in front of the pitching rubber. The distance between the pitching rubber & the front of the mound is 70” so the pitcher’s front foot should land on the mound and not in the dirt. The #5 Allstar Mound has a lot of room for the pitcher to work with & should help the pitcher improve his control of the ball.

Allstar Mounds are manufactured in Dalton Georgia with high-quality fiberglass & composite materials. (no wood or styrofoam) ALLSTAR MOUNDS will not curl up on the edges while being stored for the winter. The Allstar #5 Mound comes with green or clay Astroturf Brand 60 oz nylon turf and a 6”x24” white pitching rubber. All you need to do is place this mound on the field and you’re ready to play ball.
