WHAT IS AN ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELD (EMF)?
An Electromagnetic Field (EMF) is a physical field produced by electrically charged objects. It consists of two components: an electric field, generated by stationary charges, and a magnetic field, created by moving charges (currents). The strength of the magnetic field is measured in milligauss (mG). Our sauna models are designed to have low EMF levels, with Low EMF models ranging from 6mG-10mG at a distance of 6 to 8 inches from the heating panels, and Ultra Low EMF models ranging from 3mG-5mG at the same distance.
