WHAT IS AN ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELD (EMF)?
An Electromagnetic Field (EMF) is a physical field generated by electrically charged objects. It is one of nature’s fundamental forces, consisting of both an electric field (from stationary charges) and a magnetic field (from moving charges or currents). The strength of the magnetic field is measured in milligauss (mG). Our saunas are designed with Low EMF technology, with our standard models averaging between 5mG-10mG at a distance of about two inches from the heating panels. Our Ultra-Low EMF models, however, have even lower levels, ranging from 3mG-5mG at the same distance, ensuring a safe and comfortable sauna experience.

Shipping Information:
Typically, your order will arrive within 4 to 7 days (with free shipping on orders over $200). For orders under $200, there is a flat shipping fee of $15.
We only offer shipping within the United States at this time; international shipping is not available.
Most of our orders are shipped using third-party freight carriers (18-wheelers). If your order includes items shipped via freight, we’ll contact you to arrange a curbside delivery time. Please ensure you provide the correct phone number at checkout.

After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. This email will confirm that we’ve received your order and that your credit card has been authorized for purchase.
