The Discover Your Mobility Craftsmen (2) In (1) 550XL Carrier is built to make mobility transport easy and secure. It holds up to 400 pounds and features a 64.5" long and 33.25" wide platform. The ramp has a sturdy handle for simple folding and unfolding, plus tie-down straps with rubber-coated hooks that attach to any of the ten tie-down holes along the 4.25" tall ramp sides. The ramp can be quickly attached, even after the carrier is mounted on a vehicle, making setup quick and hassle-free.

The Craftsmen (2) In (1) 550 XL Carrier is a wheelchair and scooter carrier with a convenient two-section ramp that offers three positions for different needs. The first position lets the ramp fold flat onto the carrier, securely held by a spring pull pin for easy storage. In this flat position, the ramp stays self-stored when the carrier is folded up. The second position allows the ramp to stand upright, which secures it when holding a scooter or wheelchair in place.
Quick-Set Ratchet Tie Downs for Secure Transport
The Craftsmen (2) In (1) 550 XL Carrier includes a set of four quick-set ratchet tie-downs, each with a 2,000-pound capacity. These ratchet straps allow you to secure your scooter or wheelchair to the carrier in seconds. When you're ready to unload, an instant-release lever lets you remove all tension immediately, making loading and unloading quick and easy.
Note: The 2,000-pound capacity refers to the strength of the straps, not the carrier itself.

Order Cycle Time:

Shipping Information:
Typically, your order will arrive within 4 to 7 days (with free shipping on orders over $200). For orders under $200, there is a flat shipping fee of $15.
We only offer shipping within the United States at this time; international shipping is not available.
Most of our orders are shipped using third-party freight carriers (18-wheelers). If your order includes items shipped via freight, we’ll contact you to arrange a curbside delivery time. Please ensure you provide the correct phone number at checkout.

Timeframe for Returns: You can return items within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot accept returns.
Shipping Costs for Returns : If your item is defective or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. If you're returning an item just because you've changed your mind, you'll be responsible to handle the shipping costs yourself.
Items that are Defective or Damaged: If your item is not functioning properly or is damaged, please notify us within 30 days. We’ll arrange for a return at no extra charge for you. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund, including the original shipping cost.
Returns Due to Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want the item, you have 30 days to return it. You’ll need to cover the return shipping costs. Make sure the item is unused and still in its original packaging. After we receive and inspect the item , we’ll refund the cost of the item minus the shipping fees.
Refund Policy: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you an email. We’ll process the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Keep in mind that banks or credit card companies may take a bit longer to reflect the refund.
